Sonos Radio is requesting we reauthorize our account, however when we go to do so, nothing happens and the issue still persists - it still says our account access has expired.

Can anyone please assist, or has had this problem before?

I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
