Sonos Radio not working

Hello,

I use to play music in my restaurant with Sonos Radio, but since yesterday the service give me an error everytime I select a Sonos Radio station.

I’m not able as well to subscribe to the Sonos Radio HD service by the subscription page.

You are in a difficult situation. As a business you should be working through the PRO division, but it does not want to deal directly with end users.

It’s hard to tell from your description, but it could be that a change to a protection app (virus/work/vpn) could be blocking a port for your speakers to properly reach the Sonos servers. 

Since you’re using this in a professional setting, what did Sonos Support say, when you called in to discuss it.

You are in a difficult situation. As a business you should be working through the PRO division, but it does not want to deal directly with end users.

I have to give back the authorization to Sonos Radio from Settings. Everyday. This is the only way to solve it, at the moment.

I hope to find another way, frankly...
