The Lofi Focus station on Sonos Radio HD stopped playing last week. I click on it to play and nothing. I tried using Sonos Voice too and the same result. All the other stations work. I reauthorized Sonos Radio HD and nothing changed. 

You may need to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.


I would also like to get it back, was my daily driver.

I must also say that at least a week before it started skipping alot and looping. 

Now its nice from then for having a tool but since its their service, customers shouldn't have to ping them to notify that something is wrong :)

Exactly! I contacted live chat support and they told me to call the phone number. I’m not waiting on hold for an hour to tell them one of their radio stations isn’t working.

And, thanks for reporting this - we have found that we are also unable to play Lofi Focus and have now opened a ticket for getting it fixed.
