Hi- i’m unable to access sonos radio - the app says my account needs reauthorizing but when I try and do that it says unable to reauthorize.

 

App and speakers are up to date any pointers?

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community, I totally understand where you're coming from and I’m here to help.

Try the following steps:

  1. Ensure both Sonos app and system are up to date.
  2. Attempt to re authorise
  3. Reboot the Sonos System and force close and reopen the Sonos app,
  4. Then either the prompt will no longer be shown or the re authorisation will work.
