My Sonos Port is in Fixed Volume Mode and connected to my A/V Receiver. I have no idea how, but somehow the device got muted (solid green light), and I can not find the unmute function in the iOS app. I also can not the function to take the device out of Fixed Volume Mode. Any advice?

I have the exact issue since upgrading to the new app.
I have a Sonos five pair and one is showing the solid green light and does not play. How do you unmute it? Is this perhaps an update issue? My system has been working great until the last update. And yes, my system is up-to-date at the moment. Thank you!
If you have access to the Windows or MacOS desktop application you could see if un-muting there fixes it for you in the ios app.
