My Sonos Port is stuck on Mute. Since I use it in fixed volume mode, I have no idea how it got muted, but I can’t figure out how to unmute it via the iOS app. I also can not change it out of Fixed Volume mode, which I think would give me a volume slider, because that function seems to be missing from the Sonos App. I have tried a power cycle, but it returns to its muted state after it re-joins the network.

Any help or troubleshooting is appreciated.
