Recently my sonos plays one track only and not the entire album as before. Any idea how to fix this?

1/ The source of your music?

2/ How are you initiating the music?

3/ How your devices are connected?

4/ What Sonos devices do you have?

 


1) android smart phone

2) sonos app

3) wifi

4) sonos play 5


Are you playing music from your device or from a streaming service on your phone?

Has this worked before? Have you rebooted your phone? Is the Album stored in your Music folder: https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/play-music-stored-on-your-android-device


Yes, it worked till recently, maybe an update of the app has changed something


Can you try again and then submit a diagnostic and post the number in this thread?
