My Sonos Playlists aren't showing on the main page of the new app. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Yeah mine come and go to be honest. Sometimes there, sometimes not. And even when they are there (Amazon Music is the source), they don’t show any artwork.

My playlists did that on the old app but they have totally disappeared on the app. Tried deleting the app then reinstall it but no success. Wish I'd kept the old app now. Luckily I've still got the old app on another iPhone and I will have to use that until Sonos resolve this issue which will probably be never.

I downloaded the updated app on my iPhone and now my Sonos playlists have disappeared and also I can't operate a sleep timer from my phone now. I thought this was an upgrade Sonos. When are you going to resolve this? Luckily I still have access on my Mac book  pro because I haven't upgraded the app on there, but that's not the point.

Has anyone got a solution for the new app?

Be careful that the app on your Mac book doesn't automatically upgrade by itself. That's what happened to my other iPhone. I download the new app on my newer iPhone to find their were faults so I didn't upgrade the older iPhone. Only to find a few day later my older iPhone had automatically downloaded the new version of the Sonos app..

All issues are being addressed in slow but regular updates. There had been four updates in 16 days, to last Weds. I’d expect a further app update this Weds. There is a list if you search on here for timings for the fixes to the app issues (not exhaustive as I’d imagine other issues reported subsequently will also get their own fixes in due course).

Nevermind in slow Sonos. The app should never have been released in the first place until it had been tried and tested. What gets me is that you're advertising the app as your ‘Best app Ever’. Please excuse me while I take a bit of time laughing!
