I’ve just updated Sonos App on my wife’s Android phone. I’ve been reading other community comments, where people mentioned they experienced issues. After 30 minutes of playing around with settings (on phone), managed to get Android phone updated. All I’d say to anyone installing new App, ensure;
- your phone is on same WiFi network as Sonos controller
- your phone has latest version of operating firmware
- have patience whilst performing necessary updates (it takes time to finalise settings)
