Every morning I have to Force Stop the Sonos mobile app in order to get it to connect to any of my Sonos services. It is always connected to my WiFi (v strong & reliable). Normally, the screen just says 'unable to connect'.

Thanks. I'm using Samsung A52S. I have disabled the Sonos option to ''pause app activity if unused' on the mobile. Will see if this achieves the intention to keep the app running.

If you’re on iPhone, try going to the phone’s settings, scroll down to Sonos, and check Background App Refresh is on. Then force close the app and reopen it, and see if that helps. (If it is already on, then I’m not sure what to suggest - someone else might!).
