I am on Mac Monterey 12.6.1 I am running the S2 app 14.19. Since updating to S2 my library does not update fully.
Running into same issue on another Mac which runs Ventura.

Which SONOS players are you using? How large is your Library? Are any of your SONOS players wired to the network?

If you are getting an error, please try to update your library then submit a diagnostics once you receive the error message.
So we can help resolve this, more information would let us know what’s going wrong. Answering the questions from Buzz and myself will give us more insight into this issue.

Looking into the diagnostics, I can see we’re getting a connection error between the computer and Sonos. There are a few steps we can attempt to see if they will resolve the issue.
Firstly, please make sure there aren’t any other devices on your local network with the same name as your computer, as this can prevent the Music Library update from being carried out. This is generally followed by the message “Computer refused the connection”, so if you aren’t getting that, move on to the next step.
A system reboot can help resolve this issue, reboot in this order: Router → Access Points (if applicable) → Sonos devices → Mac.
If these steps don’t resolve your issue, then I’d recommend reaching out to our support team as they have the tools necessary to help troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
