Hello!
I have two older Sonos Play:1 speakers
My system is MacOS Mojave 10.14.
My music files are on an external SSD named WORK. The folder address is WORK/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Music
I followed the different Sonos and community tutorials. To add my files, I still have an error 913. However, I followed the tutorial and activated file sharing and set the rights on the shared folder WORK.
Then I entered the line //volumes/WORK/Musique/iTunes/iTunes Media/Music
Nothing to do: error 913
Thank you for your answers!

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. But don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I found it! Just enter « \\computer name\WORK\Musique\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music »

Even if it is an external disk, the name of the pc must be filled in (do not put "volume").

Thanks.
