Well, this is not a first.... is it. 

The latest sonos app does now not work for Adroid "Says there is a bug" and won't load. Wait for the app to be updated. ????…

Also, the NAS drive , in either IOS or Android has not been fixed..... still no access !!!!!

An email to say all is well....... unfortunately it is NOT. 

I despair... it really is a joke. 😡

 you really need to get a grip. !!!

Is anybody going to reply ? This really is abysmal. No NAS DRIVE ACCESS , Now there's a bug for Adriod installation.  

What's going on ????????


This is The Sonos Community Forum. If you want to speak directly with Sonos Support, you need to contact them. The vast majority of folks here are users, just like you. The only Sonos folks in this forum are moderators, and not support folks. 


I just updated my S2 app to 80.10. 02 and everything seems to be working just fine. 

Have you contacted Sonos?
