I paid over 18k to have this system installed.  I have tried all your suggestions. They don’t work.   The Boost which costs $188.00cdn doesn’t work with your updated app, so I have 30ft of ethernet cable running from two controllers as well as the sub.  Music drops all the time, volume controls are erratic and hijack the playbar, turns on the TV and all speakers engage, at one point the volume was on warp volume, took 2 hours to fix.   Everyday I spend at least 15-20 minutes sorting our the system.  Rebooting, unplugging, restarting, signing in, signing out. It takes Sonos over 10 days to respond to email, 55m on hold to get help. If I want to purchase more equipment (have to be nuts), call is answered immediatlu.   Now all I want to know is who is the competition so I can rip all of this worthless equipment out and start over.   Your CEO should be canned and anyone that worked on this update.  I am not expecting any response or help as your past performance speaks volumes (maybe not on Sonos).

I have 6 controllers, play bar, hub, boost (worthless), 2 sonos ones and a second location with 4 sonos one.  I purchased all of this is good faith.

Here is what Sonos fix (not fix) is

I hope this message finds you well. I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you

Have you heard this before?

We have been experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of inquiries, and I truly appreciate your patience during this time.

I was checking your last diagnostic, and found some issues that may be affecting your system performance, based on this finding kindly follow the steps below to narrow down the issue and properly troubleshoot.

  • Enable WIFI on the Sonos sub, to have the WIFI card disable prevent the sub from connecting to the sound bar assigned.
  • Reboot all the Sonos system. Having a high uptime can store faulty logs in the cache memory that can keep affecting Sonos even after certain issues has been resolved. Please disconnect the devices from power for 1 minute and back on.
  • Wire the Sonos Boost, for the boost to perform as expected, it needs to be wired to the main router hub.

Finally, please reply to this email with a diagnostic of your Sonos system, This is a summary of your system and its actual status, To submit a diagnostic, kindly follow the steps below:

Navigate to Settings > Visit help center and select Submit Diagnostics.
Kindly reply to this email with the diagnostic number.

This sounds like a possible duplicate IP Address issue.  Can you look at my article:
