Since the bungled software release I have had loads of issues with Sonos, alongside many others, but have worked around and fixed things as possible but some issues remain. I just spent 1 ½ hrs talking to Sonos without getting anywhere.

Everything works correctly in iTunes, listing, playing and searching.

However, when I select ‘Albums’ in Sonos on my Mac laptop or on iPhone, I see a repeated list of the Album title, followed by each and every track. SO a 20 track album is listed 20 times under albums and you cannot play the entire album! If I select one of them I can only play a single track - has anyone experienced this? I also can no longer ‘see’ playlists that are on iTunes either. 

Needless to say all was fine before the App change last year.

I’ve just established via help on the Sonos Facebook page that my problem is a known issue since the upgrade last year.

So I just wasted an inordinate amount of time, not to mention support time, and Sonos knew about it all along. That Sonos also blamed Apple and told me to go there is all the more despicable.

Unbelievable, thanks for nothing Sonos.
