I’m still stunned how Sonos using all credibility in this new app from hell. I still can’t se my playlists in the iOS app but on my desktop it’s there.
And here is the latest setback. I have some playlists which is containing only Spotify music. I can’t play them anymore. Error message is that I have to upgrade my Spotify account to play the songs, which i every aspect is confusing since Sonos declares that Free as well as Premium account works fine.
The thing is I have a premium account but I still get that darn message.
I have removed the service Spotify and added it again. Twice.
I have removed the macOS Spotify app and reinstalled it.
I done the standard support procedure and rebooted my laptop and the router.
What’s next?
