Hello   I bought my son his own Sonos. Now mine isn’t working and keeps telling me to log into his account.  How can I separate them please. We are both sharing the same wi-fi

@theresa2865 - Does your son have his own mobile device to access the app or does he use your device?

If you are both sharing a device then it would be easier just to have the speakers under the one account.

Plus, if you or your son ever wanted to sync music on both speakers it would only be possible if they were in one system.


Thank you all for your help and support. We both reset our systems at different times. As an added bonus I can now use SonosTube on my new phone which it wouldn’t connect to for the last two months 😁😁😁
