Sonos Connect started to make unstable stoppages during Spotify playbacks. I assume, it started roughly with the final software update... Please someone help!!!
Not really enough information to be certain. It could be simple wifi interference , it could be a duplicate IP address issue, it could be something else.
I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
I solved my spotify random stoppages problem with a good old way… reset to the beginning!!! I reseted my Sonos Connect and did everything from the scratch. Now everything seems to be working fine. Please do remember always… reset to the start always works!!!
