Ok,
I have had this issue since the app was changed. I stopped thinking about it for the last 5 months. I’m hoping that it has been fixed in that time. I use an imac and my music library is on an external hard drive attached to it.
I have followed and rechecked the steps in the current support page to connect to my music library and it does not work. Surely there is a fix by now.
Even the online app is a fail. It can see my music library but it wont search it. Useless.
The old Sonos controller macosx app works but then I am denied permission to play my own music.
Please help.
