Found rumours of Sonos headphones quite exciting, but let’s be clear Sonos, I won't be buying any more hardware from you until you fix your software!

The new controller app is so bad, we must boycott their revenue stream.

It seems that the shot-callers at SONOS decided that the interests of the existing user/customer base be sacrificed to appeal to people who might buy their headphones in the future. Let them reap what they sow. I will not buy anymore Sonos hardware until we have an app that’s fit for the purpose, AND some indication that SONOS has the “courage” to take steps to earn back the trust of one of the most loyal and evangelical customer bases in the tech industry.

OK, the new Ace headphones are out!

Your opportunity to show Sonos how upset you are and not buy them. Incidentally, I notice that they don’t function as a zone that you stream your local library to, even the useless app allowed that...

Not seeing the value of the headphones given the current state of the app.

The USP should be the way that it integrates with our Sonos setup. But sadly the new app disintegrated my Sonos system.

Do they even integrate into your sonos set up beyond connecting to your Arc?

I wonder how much the flawed app has limited what they can talk about in terms of functionality.

My SONOS MOVE is bricked following “Acceptance” of “Terms of Use”…so this thread needs a bump.
