sonos beam keeps disconnects from wifi

My Sonos beam keeps disconnecting from my WiFi and when I try to reset it through the app it cannot find my beam to connect it, but the odd thing is when I use the google voice function it can give me the news, weather and other things like that but it won’t let me stream my music. I’ve unplugged the beam for a few minutes plugged it back it and the problem still persists, app is up to date WiFi signal is good and strong just not sure what’s going on.

It is not “disconnecting from your wifi” (as voice stuff still works), but it is probably dropping from the app. These are not the same.

Tell us about your router.

Please stop factory resetting it, that isn’t going to help, as you have discovered.

Not entirely sure what you mean by “tell us about your router”  not sure what details you want or where to find them
