Can not connect to my lg tv have tried hdmi and also optical and arc.stll no joy

Not much information given, so a lot of this will be mostly questions….
Was the HDMI cable between the TV and the Beam connected to the ARC port on the TV?
Was HDMI ARC (CEC, or whatever the manufacturer of the TV calls it) turned on?
Did you use Sonos’ cable to connect the two, or your own cable?
Which TV model is it?
When you connected it via optical, was the optical port on the TV turned on in the TV’s settings?
Have you called Sonos Support to discuss it?
