I don't know if you have tried this, but, if you are able to hardwire your Arc to your router/network, do that even if it will be temporary for troubleshooting. Reset everything again and start the setup process with the Arc first, making sure its WIFI remains on. Then add the Sub. Finally add the 300s. After you have setup the system, you should be able to remove the ethernet cable.
You can also check for wifi interference:

Ok, tried with ethernet cable. Arc connects ok (it did before as well). Sub Mini says it connects (that’s new and near field worked this time which it didn’t before, had to enter PIN on underside of Mini) and even says it has been successfully added to the same room as the Arc. However, it does not show up in the same room as the Arc (or any room for that matter). Option to “add sub” still exists but if I try to add the Mini it says to add a Sub Gen x (so it thinks the Mini is already added even though it doesn’t show it). If I play content from a 4k source that definitely has lots of low end, the sub outputs no audio. Era 300s (no ethernet port) progress to the point of adding as a stereo pair but fail to play the chime to identify left vs right surround. Fail. As always. All of this used to work with the old app. It’s such a terrible product now.
Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Sonos. However, what you have submitted only tells us that you are having issues. It would help to know the following:
- What device are you using iOS or Android?
- What type of network do you have router/modem or Mesh? *
- Are using your ISP’s modem/router and a personal router you own?
- Are there range extenders in your network?
The following statement is redundant: I have reset all speakers multiple times, reset each speaker multiple times,
The following statement is confusing as all speakers when on your network will update as a group: performed all app updates and individual speaker updates.
Technically speaking...Subs and surrounds join the room named with the Sonos soundbar. They do not actually appear as a room themselves.
* Mesh network has a main router and satellites placed strategically in your home to provide better Wi-Fi coverage
Fix was to leave arc connected to ethernet, start from arc, then unplug/replug each component (without reset process) after that and add them. Per Sonos there is a known issue using WiFi with Ruckus routers. Noting the issue (Ruckus) and fix in case anyone else experiences similar issue.

There’s a what???
As far as I know most routers intended for home use generate a WiFi signal. The only one’s that don’t are business class designed for Ethernet device connections only.
The default RUCKUS WiFi configuration flusters SONOS. The fix is messy. Search the internet for “ruckus wifi and sonos speakers”.
