Sonos Arc, Sub Mini, Era 300s, Sonos App - Multiple Issues
My arc, sub mini and era 300s have not been able to properly connect to the Sonos app or join the same room for months. Arc alone can join but after that, the app or speakers encounter some issue or another and the process fails. Again and again. I have reset all speakers multiple times, reset each speaker multiple times, performed all app updates and individual speaker updates. I have reset WiFi. I have tried every possible permutation in a systematic manner to get the speakers to connect and join the same room. No success.
SONOS, your system is an absolute dumpster fire. Fix your system. I cannot believe you are a public-traded company and still have these issues, months later. Your speakers are just expensive, aesthetic paperweights. It is completely unacceptable for a premium priced product. Stop spending money on expensive marketing and advertisement. Instead, refocus your efforts and exercise some humility in reverting your system to a previous, reliable version that works. The way it used to.
Make. Your. Product. Work. That is the only thing that matters. Not how your flashy ads make me “feel” as a consumer. Fix it.
