I've recently been away on my return my system is offline i went to readd my system and make sure the network is ok and the sonos app on iso will not allow me to login so i can not configure my system pressing sign in takes me to a blank page I've tried everything. The system was working great before i went away

its it a sonos software issue with the app? .I've reached out to sonos support but tbh I'm more advanced with tech then the person i was speaking too so this was a dead end (not to sound arrogant)

has anyone had the same issue and found a fix

I've reconfigured my network from scratch

changed dns incase its not compatible with sonos app

reset all sonos speakers

reset the app

rebooted my phone

tried on windows 11 pro sonos controller

uninstalled the sonos app and reinstalled

plugged into Ethernet

nothing has worked

ive managed to get the surrounds and sub back showing on my network but still cant readd them to the full system because i cant login to configure the app does allow me to connect to a existing system its just the login that's fails with a blank screen   I've sent diagnostics but haven't heard back  all they kept asking was can the access my phone remotely which i find a bit over the top but they went ahead and done it anyway

system is

2 play 1s

gen 2 sub

arc ( which still plays sound from the tv)

all speakers are running latest software as is the sonos app on my iso phone is the latest version running on iso 18.6.1

thanks for your time hopefully someone can help

regards

Hi @so-no-s2021

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am sorry to hear of this issue you are having with being unable to sign in to your Sonos account in the app.

We are aware of a situation whereby a user will attempt to sign in and see only a blank page, if their default browser on the device has JavaScript disabled.

This was mentioned in your chat to support, but you were unable to find the setting. I recommend that you take a look again, as iOS devices should have the following setting:

iOS

  1. Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Enable JavaScript.
  2. Enabling should show Green (Active).
  1. Navigate to the settings on the iOS device and enable JavaScript.
  2. Go back to the Sonos App and sign in to the Sonos account.

Hopefully, this screenshot will help you find the setting.

I hope this helps.

If on Android, make sure your browser has Javascript enabled.
