sonos app sign in

I can't access to sonos system eq through app. It keeps asking me to sign out and sign in, which i did and keeps on repeating same pop up msg. Need help...

Thanks for your post!

The email that you are using to post here has no system associated with it - you really do need to sign in as the system owner (note that you can sign in with any Sonos account, but only one has your system registered to it).

It’s possible that you registered your system using a typo - if you think the email that you are using here is the same as the one used to sign in to your system, you likely will need to transfer ownership of your system back to your email, ensuring you make no typos as you do so.

Please open the Sonos app and go to Settings icon » Manage » Transfer System Ownership » Continue and go through with the process carefully.

I have transferred ownership and tried to sign in, still the same message pop up and asking me to sign in as owner

Welcome to the Sonos Community, and I’m sorry to hear that.

I can see that the account that you are using to post here does have speakers registered to it, although they are currently offline. I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
