The email that you are using to post here has no system associated with it - you really do need to sign in as the system owner (note that you can sign in with any Sonos account, but only one has your system registered to it).
It’s possible that you registered your system using a typo - if you think the email that you are using here is the same as the one used to sign in to your system, you likely will need to transfer ownership of your system back to your email, ensuring you make no typos as you do so.
Please open the Sonos app and go to Settings icon » Manage » Transfer System Ownership » Continue and go through with the process carefully.
