Hi @cbulcao

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

If your Sonos products are still within their Money Back Guarantee period, and if you bought them direct from Sonos, sure - no problem. Just go to sonos.com/mbg to start the process.

If, on the other hand, your Sonos products were purchased more than a couple of years ago - as it sounds - no, you cannot get a refund.

Where is your Music Library stored? As far as I can tell, you have never been in contact with us, so I recommend that you do so, as it is entirely possible that with a little help, you will be able to play your local music as desired - I certainly can, as can most who try. I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

You may find, however, that you will be able to do so without assistance by following some of the articles listed here:

I hope this helps.

Any problem that has been around for 2 years has nothing to do with the new app, which was only released in May of last year.  Something else is at work here.

Two years ago I was a happy Sonos customer. Great hardware and a great S2 app.

Then came Disaster Day, May7th 2024. Nearly 10 months of hellish problems with an app that appears to have been designed by someone with severe educational needs; I stopped listening to my 1,554 collection. In the last couple of weeks I’ve replaced 5 of my 6 zones with Bluesound products and it has been like a huge weight lifting off of me. Music is back in my life!
