Hi, after downloading the Sonos app on my Oukitel WP22 , In the midle of instalation/connection with my Sonnos account always fails to finish the instalation. I`m forced to use my laptop to listen music… Can you help me?

Since this is a community site, and not where ‘Support’ responds, I would call Sonos Support to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
