Sonos app on Windows 10

Downloaded and installed the latest version of Sonos for Windows 10.

App successfully installed, but won’t open, clicking on the start menu shortcut does not appear to launch the app.

Can’t see any associated task running in task manager.

I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled, no change.

Would appreciate any advice / troubleshooting steps to try.
