The sonos app stopped the night between saturday and sunday! Did you roll out another unsuccessful update? 

Your telephone support hopes that a new update will be realeased tonight?

Sorry to hear the Sonos app on your iPhone stopped working. Just to dot the i’s and cross the t’s, is your iPhone matching the app requirements?

What message are you getting when you try and open the Sonos app?

Do you have another device with the Sonos app? How does this behave?

There was indeed an update on this day, but after installing the update I would not expect any connection issues if there were none before.

Let us know if you were able to connect again!


Now it is working again! The problem was that the app claimed that the products had to be updated (which they already where), but failed in the effort to do the update.

Now it is working, but veeeery slow sometimes. Why do you launch updates with bugs? Don’t you test them well enough?
