Sonos App on Android and Windows doesn't play to devices - error messages

Hi,

My Sonos system has fixed IP’s due to speakers missing from some apps (e.g. Spotify/S2)

However, when I try and play from the Android S2 App and the Windows Controller app I get error messages saying the following:

I have reset my router etc…

If the links have ‘changed’ URLs by the provider, yes, that’s unfortunately the error you’d see, and you would need to delete the old link/favorite, and set up a new one, which references the new URL.

Hi,

I deleted the offending podcast off my Sonos favourites and searched for it again and added it back to my Sonos Favourites. It now works, I wonder if some links/stations are old/defunct and cause this error message to occur..
