I have three Sonos speakers and I’m trying to access settings in the app, but the app keeps saying to sign in as the system owner. I am going to assume that at some point I added these speakers using a different email address than what I am using right now. But, I only have two email addresses and I tried using the other email address, but couldn’t sign in. I thought maybe I had forgotten the password, so I requested a password reset link to be sent to that email address, but when I do it, the Sonos website acts like it sent the email, but I never receive anything in my inbox. I have checked spam folders also.
How do I fix this issue?
