Having moved home and with new broadband provider, I am now trying to set up my Sonos system again with new router details. My three Sonos products are all recognised having been connected by LAN lead. I can see all speakers under “About Your System”. However when I click to change any of the settings I get asked to “Sign in as the system owner” but I already am signed in. I have tried signing out and back in again but whenever I want to enter any of the settings I enter an endless loop of being requested to “Sign in as the system owner”.
Sorry, I know this is a common thread but I have not read how to get the app to recognise me (Sonos app 80.19.21, my iphone is iPhone SE iOS 18.3.2
