Sonos App Issue

I had all my Sonos on one app. I was able to group all my speakers in any scheme. Now I am setting up my system after getting back in house after flood and I have to run two apps. What happened. Two of my speakers are “not compatible” with sonos1 app. I lost my capability to group my speakers

I have called Sonos and spent time in phone deleting system adding app adding speakers again resetting speakers deleting apps adding other apps WTH. I also can’t use Sonos I had on my laptop. Web app doesn’t work. Sonos app doesn’t work sonos1 app doesn’t work  what happened?

I am so frustrated over such a simple thing to do

Which version SONOS controller were you using before the flood?

Is this the same network that you were using prior to the flood? Here is an EERO detail. Either the XFINITY or EERO should be in bridge mode. (Two WiFi’s are difficult to manage.)

What model speakers are attached to each controller? Which units have you Factory Reset?
Don’t Factory Reset anything until we get this better sorted.

Describe your network for us. What model router? Are there any extenders or mesh points?

Play 1,3,5s. Sonos app won’t connect 1 and 3. Sonos1 app won’t play 1 and 3. Nuts
