Hi Team:

Issue Description:

go to Sonos App => Amazon Music => My Music => Albums, you will see nothing there, even though I have 7 albums in my Amazon Music library, but I cant see any of those albums in Sonos.

Same happens to “Artists”, but no issue for “Playlists”.

I attached some screenshots for your reference, could you help to check if this is Amazon issue or Sonos ?

I tried re-install Sonos app or remove Amazon music from service and add again, issue persists.

so far, only “Playlists” is displayed. But I can’t see any albums from “My Albums” 


Your best bet, since Sonos Support doesn’t frequent this community forum, is to call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
