sonos app do not find system while spotify still work

After struggling to reconnect my play1 after changing wifi password, it finally worked yesterday. However, it does not work  via Sonos App while Spotify can find my Play1. Can you help as I want to use TuneIn?

Just to check.  Did you follow these steps: Connect Sonos to a new router or Wi-Fi network | Sonos

Can you confirm that yur Sonos App Device is connected to the same Wi-Fi?

What type of device is the Sonos App installed on?

What do you see in the Sonos App if you cable the speaker temporarily to your router? Then what happens when you un-cable it? What router is it and can I ask was the Play:1 working with this router previously and you have just reset the router or is it a new router? Are you running it on the S1 or S2 App and can you confirm your mobile controller device meets the system requirements shown in the below link:
