I have the new Sonos app installed on my Android phone. Until the most recent updates, it seemed to be improving from its disastrous initial release.

Since the last couple of updates however, there appears to be a new bug. Under the category "Your Services"

I can no longer click on the links to "View all" for any of the music services that my Sonos app is connected to without the app crashing.

Is this a known issue? Would be great if it could be addressed and corrected.

Thank you.

I tried Sonos Radio and Spotify, both are working fine here on the 05-15 App.

Try a force-close or just reboot your controller to see if that clears it. Second thing to try is to remove and reinstall.

Hello Stanley,

Thank you for your help. I’ve tried both suggestions but the app is still crashing when I hit the “View All”. At the moment, the only way I am able to “View All” is to open the Sonos app on my computer, which is not very convenient.

My app is the 05-27 update for Android. If I could roll it back a couple of versions, that might help since the problem began with the more recent updates. But not sure that’s possible…

I only have 1 speaker, the Sonos One (2 gen.). It’s old but still works well and sounds amazing. It’s just the app that never ceases to disappoint, unfortunately.

You might submit a diagnostic and call Support, they may have something for you but even if they don't the call will get the issue on the list.

@Stanley_4, @controlav

Thank you both for your help and suggestions.

There was a new Sonos app update today (6/13), and it appears the issue is now resolved.

I’m happy again!
