I cannot open the Sonos app on iOS 17.6.1. It crashes every time I try to open it. So I tried to connect my wired home speakers through Spotify and now the speakers are playing independently and I cannot turn them off. I turned my iPhone off and they continued to play. Please help!

Reading through forums what has helped some:
- uninstalling and re-installing the app
- rebooting iphone
- if there are any ad blockers then allowing/whitelisting sentry.io
- updating to iOS 18 (but be prepared you may need to uninstall and re-install if it doesn’t work immediately)
