Why is this app still so terrible?

Unbelievable, get your act together Sonos, the company looks like an absolute joke. I turn on my Bose equipment and it works, never an issue. I regret the day I purchased any Sonos equipment. 
 

The only devices not appearing on my network are Sonos. When the app does miraculously find them it is unable to fix the issue and I get no sound. 

Has it been a full year of continuing errors and terrible management? Not only does the app suck, this company sucks. 

The app works fine for me. If your speakers are not appearing on your network, it sounds like you have IP conflicts happening.

Try Powering off everything: router/network, Sonos speakers and your phone. Wait 5 minutes

Starting with the router/network, power it back on and allow it to fully boot. Then power on your speakers one at a time, allowing them to fully boot.

Power on your phone and connect to your Sonos system.

If that doesn't work, try creating an IP reservation and place your sonos speakers inside the reservation with static IP addresses.

Another thing you can try is hardwiring your Arc to your network. If that solves your problem, consider making it permanent.
