I have used Sonos products for over a decade. Always happy and always recommend the product. Sonos screwed up the app in 2024 and have still not fixed it. Unbelievable. 

„Unbelievable“ imo to open just another thread for that. There are so many existing threads to be found by boards search option you could have replied to as you already did some months ago. 
And also there’s no specific problem in your post to help on. So what exactly is your intention to tell us other users?

If you just want to complain, I would suggest to tell Sonos directly via CEO email or support contact. 
I can understand frustration, but imho this place here isn’t the best option to share it. 😉

But of course you are welcome to tell us about any problem with your system we might be able to help on.
