I have got the Sonos beam gen 2. Last week purchased Sonos mini sub which worked fine. Now app saying needs to update. I have updated the app and it now says the sub mini is not compatible with this version of the app?

Probably need to update the speakers. In the app go settings> system> system update > check for updates.
