My Sonos speakers are working fine with TV, but not with my Sonos app

A bit more information about your system, any error messages, what you’ve done to try to fix things would be helpful if you do want help. 

I am asking for help. It seems like my Sonos app is not connecting to the speakers. When I look at the app it behaves like it is playing, but no sound out of the speakers. It has been working , but this morning no sound.

No error message

A power cycle of router and speakers may be worth a try?

What else have you tried?

What can you tell us about your network, and your router? By any chance, is it a mesh network? Are you certain your unspecified device that has the controller in it is connected to the LAN/Wifi? How is your Sonos device connected, is it via a WiFi connection, or is it wired? Which version of the Sonos controller are you running, S1 or S2? Which Sonos speakers do you have?
