Sonos Android app - Radio France, links to FIP radio streams no longer load

Hi everyone

Radio France's FIP radio links load ok using the Sonos app on an iPhone, but have stopped loading on an Android phone. 

Disconnecting/reconnecting Radio France to/from the app makes no difference, nor does clearing the cache of the app or a reboot of the phone.

I am trying to avoid reinstalling the app because I want to retain the data for my system's setup.

Any ideas anyone please?

I’d suggest submitting  a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of recreating this problem on both devices, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic numbers here, their lawyers get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution. They’ll likely pass the data back to whomever is assigned to ‘fix’ this bug.

Thank you Bruce. Issue is resolved following an app update this week.

Hmm...now none of the streams of myTuner Radio will play...one step forward and one back perhaps

It certainly suggests a local issue, but I’m not in France to test. I’d still follow the previous advice.
