Sonos and Qobuz

Yesterday almost all my saved Qobuz playlists disappeared when accessing Qobuz through Sonos and about 8 new playlists appeared that I had never saved and can’t delete what happened and how can I fix it and stop it happening again?

Hi @Trevorium, welcome to the Sonos Community!

As with other music services, the Sonos app only reads the information presented to us by Qobuz - if you check the Qobuz app are you seeing the same 8 new playlists, or your own saved playlists?

If you see the old playlists in the Qobuz app, it may be worth reauthorizing, or completely removing and re-adding the Qobuz service to Sonos - you can do this by going to Settings > Services > Qobuz.

If you see the same 8 mysterious playlists in the Qobuz app, then I would recommend reaching out to Qobuz directly.
