Hi All

I have a Sonos Play 1 and use Musicbee as my music manager program. Certain tracks will not play directly from the Music Library or when in a Playlist and I think it has something to do with the format . The music tracks all came from iTunes if that makes any difference.

Any help welcome.

Do these tracks conform to the supported audio formats ?

It’s entirely possible that they either don’t conform, or are old iTunes files that contain DRM. If the latter, merely deleting the local file, and redownloading it from Apple Music should suffice in ‘fixing’ the issue.

Hi Airgetlam, thank you for the reply. Not all the failing tracks came from iTunes via Apple Music. Quite a few came via an IPOD that I no longer own. So I’m unable to re-download. Is there something in Musicbee I can tweak to fix the problem. If you use Musicbee yourself.

Thank You

Sorry, I’ve never even heard of Musicbee.
