They currently have the system setup to connect to their hotspot as the internet isn’t installed yet.  It’s playing through the speakers but won’t allow EQ adjustments.  I believe they are streaming Spotify currently.  

 

Any app updates or firmware updates for your amp? I’m on firmware:

84.1-64070

I would delete then reinstall the app.

 


The “balance Slider” was an issue with iOS nine (9) months ago but has since been corrected. I can confirm the fix as I started the original thread. See below:

As suggested by ​@DonkeySong  make sure everything is up-to-date (i.e. Sonos and your device). Also, as you say you are using three (3) speakers...I wonder if that has affect 🤔. You might try removing the third (3) speaker.
