For some reason, my Sonos amp keeps changing the volume down to 10% whenever I play music through tidal. Issue doesn’t occur whenever I’m using Amazon or any other channel

It doesn’t sometimes when listening to other sources but it’s only consistent on tidal so far. Also only happens on the one Sonos amp device. I have 4 Sonos amps in addition to others.

It may be a fault - check if it’s getting hot and check its wiring etc. See this link too:
