Hi 

I’m trying to set the Sonos app from iOS 

I’m already signed in the browser and the app says that 

need update and every time i try to update diverts me to sign out and in and just keep repeating same thing 

Very annoying

I’ve seen two or three other threads in the last day or two with the same issue. I’m not sure there is a fix atm for this. The new app is buggy POS. Can only suggest you contact support, it may be a long wait FYI.


Do you think it is worth waiting the 65min to get on the phone with support?  or is it a waste of time?


Yes I did wait about 50min but the sorted the issue 

and they were very helpful
