I use Spotify playlists as my alarm music instead default Sonos Chime.
My issue is, Alarm plays the same music from the playlist in list order. I don’t have any option to shuffle it. Is there a way to achieve this ?

At least back in July it was possible using the desktop app even though the mobile app didn’t support it:

Also some 3rd party apps offer it.
