What's happening with the Sonos App. My set alarms disappear and I can't make new ones, my mudik service also disappears. Now Sonos has become bad to use again. It happens everyday now, fix it now or have to find something better than Sonos. Well I uninstalled and reinstalled it. There were alarms that briefly disappeared and came. but they will definitely disappear again. No recommendation of Sonos from my side.

Sounds like a local network issue. Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

No I dont call Sonos Support 

I Dont have problem with my loyal network.

The alarm rang this morning, heard music, went in and wanted to check some of my alarms, the music/radio was playing but the alarms were gone.

Since the controller only displays what it sees on the Sonos speaker itself, it still sounds like a network issue. While you may not be having issues with your ‘loyal’ network, it’s possible your Sonos is. I’d certainly call support.

I have removed the TUNNEL, after that there have been no problems.

What is a ‘TUNNEL’? 

Sonos has reported in several threads that they are looking into several issues around alarms right now, I’m happy you’re not experiencing this particular issue.
